PlayOn Voucher 2026/27 Swim Club Registration
Welcome to the 2026/2027 Swim Season!
We're excited to welcome new families to the Wishart Sharks Swim Club. This registration form is for families using a Queensland Government PlayOn voucher to purchase their membership.
- Membership payment using a valid Queensland Government PlayOn voucher.
- New families who have never registered with the Club $195
- Returning families who have previously registered with the Club $135
- Please forward your PlayOn Voucher to:
- Members using a valid PlayOn voucher do not need to make a membership payment.
- Family membership covering the 2026/2027 swim season, including Term 4, 2026 and Term 1, 2027 only.
- One membership payment per family. PlayOn Membership fee covers all swimmers within the same family.
- Please ensure all family members who will be participating are added to your SwimTopia family account and included in the registration.
