Membership overview
Membership is open to all families, and we welcome swimmers from Wishart State School and the wider community. Our club aims to build swimming confidence and introduce children to the fun of racing in a supportive environment that focuses on participation and personal improvement.
2026/27 Membership
This year, we have upgraded to SwimTopia Premium and are introducing online registrations through SwimTopia, making it easier to manage memberships, swimmer information and club communications throughout the season.
Please select the membership option that applies to your family and ensure all participating swimmers are added to your SwimTopia family account during registration.
If registering via the SwimTopia app, click "Visit Website" and "Register Now".
- Returning Members – for families who have previously registered with the club.
- New Members – for families joining the club for the first time.
- PlayOn Voucher Members – for families redeeming a PlayOn voucher.
- Committee Members and Lifetime Members – for eligible members only.
💰 Membership Fees
- Returning Members: $135 per family
- New Members: $195 per family. This includes a one‑off lifetime joining fee of $60 per family payable only in your first season with the club
- Committee Discount: $20 off the season fee
Please note: Membership fees are payable via bank transfer this season. Payment instructions and account details are included within each membership option. After submitting your registration, you will receive a SwimTopia Registration Number, which must be used as the payment reference.
Families wishing to redeem a PlayOn Voucher should select the PlayOn Voucher Membership option and email their voucher to

Updating your details
🏥 Medical or Membership
All medical, contact, and membership information can now be updated directly in SwimTopia:
- Log in to your SwimTopia account.
- Go to My Account → My Athletes.
- Select the swimmer and update details as needed.
